Showcasing the best of ingredients from Hokkaido, Kazahana's kaiseki set-course meals change from season to season. The kaiseki is yours to try if you have a dinner ticket included in the accommodation package. There are many items, such as shabu shabu of Hokkaido wagyu beef, assorted sashimi, and separate dishes.
